What does a therapy session involve?
In simple terms, we’ll look at any language, patterns, beliefs and behaviours that might be holding you back. Then we replace them with healthier patterns.
I provide a safe space to help you understand, grieve, scream and shout (if necessary!) and then start concentrating on the future you do want.
Techniques I use include:
- Solution focused hypnotherapy
- EFT tapping
- Matrix birth reprinting
- Family constellations
- Journey techniques
Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of these before; they’re gentle, safe and effective at clearing emotional blockages. We’ll also include a combination of relaxation
exercises and practical strategies that you can put in place afterwards.
We usually have six sessions together and will look at your current situation, where you want to be and what might be stopping you.
This leads into a gentle analysis of your beliefs, thought processes, family relationships, language and behaviour. Are they helping you move forward in the way you want?
More than anything, I want to help you understand that you already have the tools within you to make lasting changes. I simply help guide you in the right direction.
