I am based in Canberra, Australia.

Due to the wonders of the internet, sessions can take places from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.

We would use the Zoom Conferencing App to connect.

I have a vast toolkit of methods that I’ve built over the last 25 years as a coach. You can read more about the techniques I use here.
After the first couple of sessions, we start to delve into the patterns that are holding you back and will work out which methods are going to help you the most.
If one doesn’t suit you, we’ll move straight to the next one. There’s no wasting time on something that’s not going to help you move forward.
