I shall be explaining the brain and how we suffer in the ways that we do with anger, anxiety and depression. Looking at practical strategies for helping positive thoughts. Clarifying what hypnotherapy really is and how is can help.
This is a fun experiential talk with time to ask lots of questions and find out what hypnotherapy is. How it can really help with today’s daily stress’s and strain of life.
