Liz’s Philosophy
At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that each of us has all the resources they need to succeed and achieve the goals they desire to reach their full potential.
It is my vision to support each person in removing all blockages and resistance that limit or hold anyone back, empowering them to access their inner resources so they can excel in all areas of their life.
As all blocks and limitations are removed each person is free to live the life they were born to live, experiencing personal and professional growth, a sense of personal fulfilment. As each of us breaks through to success, our existence automatically inspires others to do the same. Our own transformation will influence the transformation of others, and eventually the world.
This is a poem that I love and encompasses my thoughts as a Practitioner in the Healing Arts.
May I be a guard for all those who are protector less, a guide for those who journey on the road, for those who wish to go across the water, may I be a boat, a raft, a bridge.
For all those ailing in the world, until their very sickness has been healed, may I myself become tor them the doctor, nurse, the medicine itself.

About Liz
Liz is an inspirational Therapist, Coach and Trainer.
She personifies the spirit of adventure. With over 17 years of experience in the Therapeutic Industry, Liz shares her passion for challenge, Personal growth and self-empowerment with individuals, assisting and guiding them on their journey of self discovery. Her belief that we all have the answers inside if we are prepared to look for them. She is passionate about bringing forth the internal healing capacity for each individual producing a new sense of freedom and empowerment to each person.
Her transformational coaching and training are exciting, creative and powerful in helping others develop new insights about themselves and drawing out unique talents and abilities that each individual possesses.
Liz has a gift in assisting individuals in transforming obstacles into stepping stones to success. Liz Walton has worked as a therapist in several countries and has success working with many different cultures. Her passions for people and depth of knowledge in the healing arts have helped her have a powerful positive effect on many lives.
Liz’s journey to began from a baby, living overseas in third world countries due to her father’s work ( A Tropical Veterinary surgeon). Living in countries like Africa, Middle East and South America. Growing up in these unique environments gave her a passion for people, cultures and the opportunity to broaden the exposure to people their thinking and their behaviors with the realization we are all one. Her passion to help people has also led her on her own path of self healing, self discovery and understanding that we have within us the infinite power to heal from within if we want to from all painful issues. This has given her a deep interest in learning about healing the self. No matter what has happened before we all have the potential to break free from whatever holds us back.
For the past 17 years she has acquired experiences in alternative therapies, which she believes can help us a great deal in today’s modern world to combat stress and help depression and whatever else life throws our way that can hinder us in life from living as a full expression of freedom.
Liz’s interest in the way people think and act has lead her to the discovery of limitations and blockages within the individual exist. This stops us from accessing the innate potential inside each and every one of us to be emotionally free.
